I bought my first investment property pre-construction 17 years ago and it is one of the smartest business decisions that I have made. My first investment property has been very profitable and I still own it. I have been a part of the real estate industry for a very long time and I have experienced it first hand, so I know what works and what doesn’t and I have an eye for profitable investments.
My goal as a real estate advisor is to ensure that my clients secure the best real estate deals in the Dominican Republic, particularly in popular, rising tourist areas like, Punta Cana, Cap Cana, Bávaro, Las Terrenas, La Romana and Santo Domingo.
